About Us

Hi, I’m Dr. Anjali Jaisinghani

I’m a psychiatrist, and Mind It was created from a very personal understanding of what mental health care should feel like – thoughtful, humane, and clinically sound.

My Training & Clinical Background
MBBS – St. John’s medical college, Bengaluru
MD Psychiatry – National institute of mental health and neurosciences (NIMHANS)

Our Approach

Mind It follows a biopsychosocial approach to mental health, recognising that emotional distress arises from a complex interaction of biological, psychological, and social factors.
Care is provided through:
  • Structured psychiatric consultations
  • Psychotherapy and counselling tailored to individual needs
  • Evidence-based clinical reasoning
Each individual’s concerns are approached with care, clarity, and professional responsibility.

Mind It aims to be a steady, trusted space for those seeking thoughtful and professional mental health support.

Why I Started Mind It

Over time, I noticed that many people delayed seeking professional mental health support — not because they didn’t need it, but because they didn’t know whom to trust or what to expect.
Some felt overwhelmed by labels.
Some feared being judged.

Others worried that care would be rushed or reduced to prescriptions without understanding.
I wanted to create a platform where mental health care feels structured yet compassionate, grounded in strong clinical training while remaining deeply respectful of individual experiences.
Mind It was created to bring together quality clinical care and a safe, unhurried space for reflection and healing.

My Vision

My vision for Mind It is to build a mental health platform that:
  • Prioritises quality and depth of care
  • Treats individuals as people, not diagnoses
  • Encourages informed, collaborative decision-making
  • Maintains clear ethical boundaries and confidentiality

This platform is not about quick fixes or trends. It is about offering reliable, professional support rooted in clinical understanding.
