Hi! To begin with, at Mindit Health, we appreciate you taking the step to prioritise your mental health. Choosing to seek support is not always easy, and we truly acknowledge the courage it takes to do so.
Since Mindit Health provides professional mental health services, including therapy and counselling sessions, please take a moment to read this Return & Refund Policy carefully. Booking a session with us indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned below.
Mindit Health provides therapy and counselling services through qualified mental health professionals. These services are personalised, time-bound, and based on scheduled sessions. As such, they are not refundable in the same way as physical products.
Payment for all sessions must be made in advance to confirm your appointment slot.
If payment is not completed within the stipulated time, the slot may be offered to another client who has completed the payment.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge only if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
In case of a reschedule or cancellation, the client is required to inform the therapist as well as the Mindit Health support team at least 24 hours prior to the session.
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
• Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session
• Failure to attend the session (no-show)
• Joining the session 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time
In such cases, the session will be considered as a last-minute cancellation or no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible. A new session will need to be booked with a fresh payment.
In the rare event that a session needs to be rescheduled from the therapist’s end, you will be informed in advance. The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Therapy is a subjective and personal process, and progress may vary for each individual.
While we strive to maintain high professional standards, dissatisfaction with the session outcome or experience does not qualify for a refund. However, feedback is always welcome and may be shared with the Mindit Health team.
Mindit Health is not a crisis intervention or emergency service. Services are provided only during scheduled sessions.
No refunds will be issued if a session cannot proceed due to emergency situations that require immediate external medical or emergency assistance.
In the event of a verified duplicate payment or technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after internal verification. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Mindit Health reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
